Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or dispatched, subject to applicable law.

Digital Magazine

For digital products, cancellation requests should be made before the digital magazine has been accessed or downloaded. Once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations and refunds may not be available, except where required by applicable law or in cases of a genuine technical issue.

Physical Magazine

For physical products, cancellation requests may be made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Refund and Returns Policy will apply.
